Shipping Policy
When placing an order please make sure your shipping address as well as sizes are correct. If wrong please email us within 24 hours to see if we can fix the problem.
When placing your order please allow us 5-7 business days to fulfill it. When your order is shipped an orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Urban Floss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, Please contact USPS and file a claim about your missing order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Urban Floss does not do returns. All sales are Final
If Your items are damaged please reach out to us within 3 days at: theurbanfloss@gmail.com and we will reach back out to you to determine wether your item is exchangeable. When you email us please provide your name, a picture of the damaged item, as well as your order number.
